Sunday Worship in the Chapel (pictured left) takes place at 8:30 am.
Holy Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month and is
available to all believers.
Large print bulletins are available.
Children's Church during 10:30 service
Junior Church meets in Room B after children are dismised from the Sanctuary during the 10:30 worship service. Junior Church is for children from age 5 through 5th grade.
First Church is diligent in its efforts to provide educational opportunities for all ages. Child care for infants and toddlers begins at 7:45 am for the early worship service and continues through the 10:30 Worship service. Pauline, a Hammond resident and mother of two children is in the crib room and is paid to provide this service. Child care is provided so that parents can attend Sunday School and can worship unhindered from the responsibilities of parenthood.
Sunday School meets from 9:00 am to 10:15 am. There are classes for all ages.
